"Definitely would purchase again."
As usual, the hair quality is top-notch. The sole reason I held back from giving it a full 5 stars is that it wasn't the honey blonde I expected. Instead, it leaned more towards an orange shade. Luckily, I managed to dye it an ash blonde, and it turned out beautiful. I would have liked the honey blonde, but from what I've seen, it's tricky to achieve that shade without risking damage to the hair.

"fraudulent operation"
This is a total fraud. There's no BBB rating. I canceled my order in under a day. They charged me a fee and insisted on giving me store credit that I had to use all at once. Nobody seems to know who runs this website. There's no physical address or warehouse. Honestly, they're just thieves. They really are.

I’m really pleased with how they handled everything. I was worried my order wouldn’t arrive before I had to move out of state. Thankfully, even though shipping took a bit longer due to Covid, the customer support team was super helpful. I’ve been using my waist trainer every day since it arrived and I’ve already dropped 4 pounds! Huge thanks!

"Absolutely Amazing Buy!!!!"
This was my initial buy from Sassy Chick, and let me tell ya, it’s gorgeous! I've gotten tons of compliments, and it hardly sheds at all. I'm totally in love with it. Just a few days back, I ordered another one, and I can’t wait to give it a go. Super excited!
